Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.  Postage and Packaging will be added when you complete the order.

Payment Terms
All items must be paid for at the point of order, by bank transfer or PayPal. I may consider special requests for payment via cheque and, in some cases for very large orders, payment in instalments. Any such requests should be sent via email. In any case, no items will be dispatched by myself until full payment has been made. Once payment is made I will give you a time frame of when you should expect your order to arrive as all items are handmade by myself delivery time scales can vary.

Sending your clothes for Keepsakes
It is your responsibility to provide the right number of suitable clothes. To be deemed suitable the clothes must be in what I deem to be suitably good condition for re-stitching together. If you specifically want all the items using, or feel particularly strongly about certain items, this must be specified when the clothing is sent to me. I cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post on their way to me and I therefore recommend that you send all clothes recorded delivery.

Delivery
Keepsakes will be sent to you via recorded delivery with the Royal Mail Postal Service or if you live locally to myself I do accept collections.
